Hannah Jean

Hannah Jean strives to use metal as a tool for artistic expression. Her inspiration comes in she aims to overlay human experience with the world of nature; this broad theme allows her to stay inspired and creative in her chosen medium of bronze, copper, and sterling silver. Each piece is hand fabricated by cutting, hot and cold forming, welding, forging, polishing, and finishing with a heat patina. Hannah Jean has been making sculpture and jewelry since undergraduate school at Frostburg State University in 2010. Metalworking continues be her passion; she is constantly struck with ideas for new design.
